A revolutionary new capping method
Cap your pipes quicker. Work more efficiently. Use materials more sustainably. And still achieve the same (or even better) result. It’s that simple with the Roteal.
The Roteal: work faster
No tools and no wasted material
Capping is frustrating work: you need different capping sets and tools for each brand and type of material. It takes a lot of time. You waste a lot of material. And it’s not very customer friendly either; you shut off the water all day. But that’s just the way it is, isn’t it? No! The Roteal is a revolutionary closing cap for water and central heating pipes. It can be reused up to 10 times, so no material is wasted. This allows you to work much faster, because you only need to tighten the cap on the pipe in a quarter turn to achieve the clamping force at which the pipe and the cap can withstand a water pressure of 10 bar. And you no longer need any tools for it!
The Roteal: simple and fast
Why waste a lot of time and material on capping if you don’t have to? The Roteal:
- Easy to use without tools
- Works much faster than traditional capping methods
- Can be reused up to 10 times
- Withstands water pressure of up to 10 bar
- Prevents material loss
- Available now

Fits any type of pipe
Regardless of brand or material
The following applies to the Roteal: as long as the diameter is right, it will fit any solid pipe (copper, steel, stainless steel), plastic and any brand. No more van full of (often incomplete) sets of caps for all brands. And it’s so easy to fit. So you don’t have to buy and carry around all those expensive pressing tools anymore. The Roteal is already available for the most common pipe diameters (12, 15 and 22 mm) and can be used in the vast majority of situations. In the meantime, we are working on developing caps for other diameters.
