The Roteal. Always fits.
1 cap, endless applications
Copper, steel, stainless steel or even plastic: the Roteal always fits. On any material. On any brand. In addition, no material is wasted and the Roteal can be reused up to 10 times.
The Roteal versus traditional capping
Capping is frustrating work: you need different capping sets and tools for each brand and type of material. It takes a lot of time. You waste a lot of material. And it’s not very customer friendly either; you shut off the water all day. But that’s just the way it is, isn’t it? No! The Roteal is a revolutionary closing cap for water and central heating pipes. It can be reused up to 10 times, so no material is wasted. This allows you to work much faster, because you only need to tighten the cap on the pipe a quarter turn to achieve the clamping force at which the pipe and the cap can withstand a water pressure of 10 bar. And you no longer need any tools for it!
Capping water pipes with a compression fitting
- A different fitting for each brand
Compression fittings are usually made of brass. If you want to cap water pipes, you need a different cap and different tools for each type of pipe and for each brand. The biggest disadvantage of a compression fitting is that you only use two of the three parts of a compression fitting once. You throw away a lot of material. That’s a shame. Moreover, it takes effort to tighten a compression fitting before it’s properly secured. That takes time.
Capping water pipes with a pressure fitting
- Non-reusable and expensive tools
Pressure fittings are attached using a pressing tool. These are heavy and expensive. Every brand has its own pressure fittings and you need different tools for each one. If you’re unlucky, you’ll come across a different brand at every customer in one day, which means you have to carry all those tools and fittings around with you all day. Moreover, you can only use a pressure fitting once. Not very sustainable.
Capping with the Roteal
- An alternative that really works
The Roteal is a fantastic, sustainable and new alternative to traditional capping methods. It’s a convenient, reusable closing cap that you use on any material imaginable and on any brand of pipe. Moreover, you secure the Roteal literally in seconds (with a quarter turn of the seal the Roteal is tight enough to withstand 10 bar water pressure) on your water or central heating pipe. That’s so much quicker!
Fits any type of pipe
Whether you encounter a pipe made of copper, steel, stainless steel or even plastic, as long as the diameter is right, the Roteal will fit. And to make sure you can use Roteal in even more situations, we are working hard on an application for gas and even hydrogen pipes. No more hassle with a trolley full of capping sets and tools for every brand and every application. With the Roteal in your pocket, you can get straight to work. Ready for the next job.
